BYD Fleet Liquidation — 355 New, Unregistered 2024 EVs, Right-Hand Drive

This is a one-time fleet liquidation, not a catalogue. An insurer wrote off 355 brand-new 2024 BYDs — Seal, Atto 3, Dolphin — after water reached the warehouse floor. It never reached the cars: factory plastic on the seats, never titled anywhere, every VIN on the manifest. The fleet sits in a bonded warehouse in Southeast Asia — unregistered, right-hand drive, ready to export. Our own inspector walked the floor in July 2026; the video is on this page. Take-all buyers come first. Serious partial offers considered. Real numbers the same day. AS-IS / WHERE-IS, private cash/wire buyers only.

● Our own inspector — on the floor, July 2026

A car under its own power, on the warehouse floor

Anyone can write "starts, runs and drives." This is one of ours being driven inside the bonded facility in July, filmed by our own inspector — not the seller's, not a brochure, not a render.

What the July walk-through shows

  • They drive. Under their own power, on the floor, on camera — not jump-started for a photo.
  • The electronics wake up. Infotainment boots to a vehicle-status screen reading Good, with the factory barcode still on the glass.
  • Lights, front and rear. Headlights and tail lamps live across Seals and Atto 3s.
  • Factory plastic is still on. Seat and floor film intact, boot kit still bagged.
  • Someone was physically there. Doors open, tailgates up, a person in frame — an inspection, not a drive-by.

The complete 355-VIN manifest goes to verified buyers. What you see here — the video and the photographs — is our own inspector’s July visit; there is no third-party inspection report and we do not publish one. Bring your own inspector, by appointment, and the report is yours.

The Insurance Write-Off Behind This Liquidation

Fresh water entered the warehouse floor and touched nothing but the tires — it never got inside the cars and never reached the batteries. That was enough to trigger an insurance disposition, and it's why 355 brand-new 2024s are available at a number that makes sense. A crew has been on site the whole time keeping the batteries maintained at the thirty to forty per cent that sea freight requires. The full paperwork trail goes to qualified buyers.

How this transaction works

Built for buyers moving real money on a compressed timeline — every step is documented before wire, not after.

1. Qualified buyers only — no brokersStep one is proving you buy cars like these for your own account: a dealer group, importer, or fleet operator in a right-hand-drive market. No brokers, no intermediaries shopping the lot on somebody else’s behalf. The VIN manifest goes out once that is established.
2. Warehouse & seller disclosureThe bonded facility operator and seller of record are fully disclosed to verified buyers. Nothing anonymous once you're through verification.
3. Pre-title — never titled anywhereThese cars have never been titled or registered in any country. They are pre-title: they go onto your paperwork as new units, first title in your market, no foreign registration to unwind. Every one of the 355 is tied to a chassis number on the manifest, with ownership documentation provided before wire.
4. Independent inspectionThird-party inspection is available by appointment, on top of the insurance valuation already on file. Bring your own inspector.
5. Export & homologationRHD, export-ready — final export is subject to your destination market's import and homologation requirements. We'll work with your logistics team on documentation.
6. Escrow & verified bankingFunds move through escrow or to verified titleholder banking details confirmed in writing — never informal wire instructions passed by chat.
7. Release after cleared fundsVehicles and full documentation release only after funds have cleared — standard protection for both sides.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a liquidation? Why are new cars selling below market?
Yes — a true insurance disposition. Water reached the warehouse floor and touched nothing but the tires — it never got inside the cars. The insurer paid the claim and took the fleet. Factory plastic on the seats, inspected July 2026. The insurer's loss is the discount. One fleet, one time; when these 355 are gone there is no restock.
When was the fleet last inspected?
July 2026. Our own inspector — not the seller's — was on the warehouse floor in July. The walk-through video above is a vehicle being driven under its own power inside the facility. The photographs show powered-up infotainment reading a “Good” vehicle status with the factory barcode still on the glass, headlights and tail lamps live across Seals and Atto 3s, and factory protective film still on the seats. That video and those photographs are the record — we do not hold a third-party inspection report or per-unit battery data, and we will not pretend otherwise. Send your own inspector and the report is yours.
Have any of these been titled or registered?
No. Not in any country. They are pre-title units — they have never been registered, never plated, never had an owner. First title is issued in your market, so there is no foreign registration to cancel, no de-registration paperwork, and nothing on the history of any of the 355 chassis numbers.
What state of charge are the batteries at?
Thirty to forty per cent, and deliberately so. Lithium batteries cannot ship at a high state of charge — sea freight rules cap them around thirty per cent — so a fleet destined for a container is held there on purpose. A car showing 30% on the floor is a car that is ready to load, not a car with a tired battery.
What condition are the vehicles in?
Brand new. Unregistered 2024 model year with factory protective plastic intact on seats and floors. Water never touched anything but the tires — interiors, electronics, and batteries are untouched, and batteries are professionally maintained at 30–40% charge daily by the on-site crew. Sold AS-IS / WHERE-IS.
Where are they and can I inspect?
Bonded warehouse in Southeast Asia — import duties have never been assessed. The fleet is export-ready, though final export is subject to your destination market's import and homologation requirements; our team can work with your logistics/compliance provider on that. Inspection by appointment. The VIN manifest and ownership documentation go to buyers who have verified they are purchasing for their own account.
Are these right-hand drive?
Yes — all 355 vehicles are RHD, purpose-built for markets like the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, the Caribbean, East and Southern Africa.
Can I buy the whole fleet, or just part of it?
Take-all gets the best number and first position. We will consider serious partial offers — by model or by quantity — but a take-all buyer can close all 355 in one wire. Tell us your volume and we will price it the same day.
How fast does this need to move?
Weeks, not months. The disposition window is closing — payment is by wire within 3 business days of agreement, and the first qualified buyer takes it.
