Proven Performer is the commercial name of Intelligent Magic Group, S.R.L., a Costa Rican limited liability company.
Proven Performer began operations in May 2009. The current Costa Rican legal entity was registered on June 22, 2016. John Clark has traded surplus and closeout inventory since 1983.
Proven Performer buys select inventories directly and represents sellers on others. When we own inventory, the buyer pays the applicable selling entity. When we represent inventory, the buyer pays the seller or titleholder directly. Proven Performer does not hold third-party purchase funds.
When Proven Performer buys inventory directly, we profit on resale — there is no separate commission. When we act as representative, we earn an agreed commission from either the buyer or seller under written contract.
