Replacement value is what the same board costs new through distribution today. Our price is per unit, one unit minimum. The depth of this lot is at 2000A: thirty-two of the forty-one units are that rating, which is why it is priced hardest.

All prices in US dollars per unit. One unit minimum — you do not have to take the lot.

Serial number, rating, configuration, build year, and whether we hold the factory build drawing for that specific unit. This is our inventory sheet as it stands. If a number does not add up, say so and we will go and look.

Every drawing we hold is right there in the table — click and it is yours, before you have spoken to anybody. The two units marked ETO quote have the original engineered-to-order quotation instead of the drawing.

These are not stripped units. Every one of the forty-one carries the full ReliaGear SB feature set — the things normally specified as cost options on a new build, already fitted.

Where this inventory came from, and why it is priced like this

This is surplus electrical equipment — a closeout lot of brand-new ABB ReliaGear SB switchboards that came out of cancelled and rescoped infrastructure projects rather than out of service. Nothing here is refurbished, reconditioned or decommissioned: it is unused OEM overstock, factory wrapped, being liquidated because the projects it was ordered for did not happen.

That is the whole reason a $100,000 board is $24,995. You are buying excess inventory on the secondary market from a liquidator, not a discounted new order from a distributor. Unused. Never installed, never energised, factory wrapped, 2022–2025 build.

Which ratings are available and how many of each?

41 units: one 800A, two 1200A, four 1600A, thirty-two 2000A, one 2500A and one 3000A. The depth is at 2000A.

What are the electrical specifications?

480Y/277V, 3-phase 4-wire, 65kAIC fully rated, NEMA 3R rainproof outdoor with front access, service entrance rated. ABB SACE Emax 2 main with Ekip Hi-Touch LSIG trip units and integral ground fault. Feeders are ABB SACE Tmax XT5H 600A with adjustable trip settings.

Do they have arc-flash reduction?

Yes — RELT reduced energy let-through per NEC 240.87. Also seismic qualified, 100% rated devices, Ekip Modbus TCP/IP, electric operator on the main, and thermostat-controlled section space heaters.

Where do they ship from?

Three EXW points: California, Indiana and Maryland.

Is documentation available?

Yes, and we publish which ones. We hold the factory build drawing for 27 of the 41 units, listed by serial number in the unit table above. Two more have the original engineered-to-order quotation.
