Surplus, Closeout & Liquidation AI / GPU Hardware

Surplus GPU servers. Closeout AI hardware. Verified and ready to ship.

Proven Performer tracks the compute, accelerators, and fabric that come out of canceled AI infrastructure builds and OEM overstock — surplus GPU servers, used H100 servers for sale, and surplus data center GPU hardware, verified and physically warehoused before it's ever listed. No RFPs, no bid process — private cash and wire buyers only, pricing on request.

What "surplus," "closeout," and "AI infrastructure liquidation" mean here

Surplus, closeout, and liquidation all describe how this AI/GPU hardware became available — not a fixed condition. An AI infrastructure build gets shelved before deployment. An OEM overstocks a GPU allocation. A data center disposition frees up racks of compute. In every case we bought the inventory directly rather than letting it sit, and we state the real condition of every lot — refurbished, used-and-tested, or new in factory packaging — plainly, item by item. Nothing is represented as something it isn't.

Why it's priced the way it is

No distributor markup, no GPU allocation waiting list — you're buying compute that already exists in a warehouse, not hardware you have to order and wait months to receive.

Why condition is stated honestly

Refurbished units carry a stated warranty, used-and-tested units are verified before listing, and new-in-box networking gear is exactly that. We don't blur the line between surplus and used.

Why it moves fast

Every unit is physically verified and warehoused before it's listed. It's on the floor now, ready for inspection, pickup, or freight — not on a lead time.

What we track: GPU servers, accelerators & AI networking fabric

AI hardware moves in and out of surplus availability as builds get canceled, upgraded, or reallocated. These are the categories buyers ask us for most:

Used H100 servers for sale8-GPU AI/HPC servers, export-compliance restricted
Inference accelerators24GB-class GPU accelerators for inference, VDI & media workloads
InfiniBand & AI networking fabricNDR 400Gb/s OSFP adapters for cluster interconnect
Surplus data center GPU hardwareRack-scale AI compute freed up by canceled or downsized builds
High-density AI server chassisDual-Xeon, multi-GPU chassis with NVMe and high-wattage PSUs

Private commercial buyers — data center operators, AI infrastructure companies, integrators, and resellers — paying by cash or wire. We don't participate in RFP or bid processes.

Frequently asked questions

What does "surplus AI/GPU hardware" actually mean?
Hardware that exists and is warehoused right now — it came out of a canceled AI infrastructure build, an OEM overstock position, or a data center disposition, not a used or refurbished secondary market. Condition varies by lot and is stated plainly for every item.
Is closeout AI hardware new or used?
Both, depending on the lot — and we tell you which. Networking and fabric adapters in our current inventory are new in factory packaging. GPU servers and accelerators are refurbished or used and tested, each with a stated warranty.
Can I buy used H100 servers for sale here?
Yes, subject to compliance. Our current verified lot includes 70 ASUS ESC N8-E11 servers, each with 8x NVIDIA H100 80GB GPUs — 560 H100 GPUs in one transaction. H100-class systems are export-controlled and can only be sold to a qualified Level 1 or Level 2 data center.
What other surplus data center GPU hardware do you carry?
Alongside the H100 servers: 173 NVIDIA Tesla T40 24GB inference accelerators and 320 new HPE InfiniBand NDR 400Gb/s OSFP adapters — the fabric side of an AI cluster build-out.
Why is it cheaper than ordering new?
Because it already exists in a warehouse — no OEM lead time, no distributor markup, no allocation waiting list.
Do you ship or export?
Yes, subject to export-control compliance on restricted items like the H100 servers. Freight and export coordination is available; inspection by appointment before you buy.
