Surplus, closeout, and liquidation all describe how this AI/GPU hardware became available — not a fixed condition. An AI infrastructure build gets shelved before deployment. An OEM overstocks a GPU allocation. A data center disposition frees up racks of compute. In every case we bought the inventory directly rather than letting it sit, and we state the real condition of every lot — refurbished, used-and-tested, or new in factory packaging — plainly, item by item. Nothing is represented as something it isn't.
