Surplus, Closeout & Liquidation Data Center Power Equipment

Surplus data center equipment. Brand new. Verified. Ready to ship.

Proven Performer sources the electrical backbone of data center builds that got shelved — medium-voltage switchgear, motor control centers, low-voltage switchboards, panelboards, and large-format UPS systems — from canceled hyperscale projects, OEM overstock, and warehouse dispositions. Every unit is factory-new, physically warehoused, and verified before it's ever listed. No RFPs, no bid process — private cash and wire buyers only.

What "surplus," "closeout," and "liquidation" actually mean here

Surplus, closeout, and liquidation all describe how this equipment became available — not its condition. A hyperscale build gets shelved. An OEM overstocks a part number. A warehouse lien forces a disposition. In every case, the gear was engineered and built new for a project that fell through, and we bought the inventory directly rather than letting it sit. Nothing here is used, refurbished, or reconditioned — it's factory-new equipment that never reached its original buyer.

Why it's priced the way it is

No distributor markup, no factory lead time — you're paying for equipment that already exists in a warehouse, not equipment that has to be engineered, built, and shipped from the factory over 12-to-18 months.

Why it's still brand new

Factory-sealed, never installed, and in most cases still eligible for OEM service and support — the disposition changed the sales channel, not the condition of the hardware.

Why it moves fast

Every unit is physically verified and warehoused before it's listed. No backorders, no "estimated ship dates" — it's on the floor, ready for inspection, pickup, or freight now.

Frequently asked questions

What does "surplus data center equipment" actually mean?
Brand-new equipment that never made it into the build it was engineered for — a canceled hyperscale project, an OEM overstock position, or a warehouse disposition — not used or refurbished gear. Every unit we sell is factory-new; it just never reached its original buyer.
Is closeout or liquidation data center power equipment new or used?
New. Closeout and liquidation describe how the inventory became available, not its condition. Switchgear, switchboards, MCCs, and panelboards are factory sealed and never installed. UPS units may have been staged but never powered on — zero run hours.
Why is it cheaper than ordering new from the OEM?
We bought it directly from the source of the disposition, and we're not carrying distributor markup or factory lead-time overhead. The equipment itself is identical to what you'd order new, without the 12-to-18-month wait.
What kind of equipment is available: switchgear, UPS, MCCs?
Medium-voltage switchgear, low-voltage motor control centers, deadfront switchboards, panelboards, and large-format UPS systems. Availability is tied to specific dispositions as they come up; our current verified lot is a canceled Chicago-area hyperscale build plus a separate Texas UPS deployment.
Can I buy individual pieces?
Yes. Individual pieces, line items, or the whole package — buyer's choice. Package and bulk buyers get priority and the sharpest number.
Do you ship or export?
Yes. Freight coordination is available across the U.S. and Canada, including rigging-grade carriers for switchgear, plus export. Inspection by appointment before you buy.
