The opportunity

A narrow configuration. A real quantity.

This is specialized commercial HVAC inventory—not a universal replacement unit. The value is in finding a buyer whose electrical service, airflow requirements, physical layout and project timing align with the equipment.

The seller reports the units as unused. Photographs show an indoor-stored, palletized and stretch-wrapped lot, plus one opened representative unit. Serial-number and factory test-card photographs are available for technical review.

We are measuring serious market interest before commercial terms are finalized. Full-lot, project-quantity and reseller inquiries are invited.

Potential applications

Best suited to buyers with a defined project.

These are plausible use cases, not a guarantee of project compatibility. A qualified HVAC engineer or installer must confirm each application.

TEL

Telecom and edge facilities

Equipment shelters, communications sites and other dedicated facilities where packaged cooling and the photographed electrical configuration fit the design.

RET

Commercial retrofit projects

Replacement or expansion projects already engineered around a compatible vertical cabinet, airflow path, voltage and refrigerant.

Application photography: telecommunications shelter by Brittany Owen (CC BY-SA 3.0); modular data center by HGV1 (CC BY-SA 4.0); rooftop packaged HVAC by P199 (public domain). Cropping is responsive and display-only.

Not a general-purpose data-center cooling system. Suitability for any white-space, edge, telecom or modular application depends on heat load, redundancy design, airflow, controls, ambient conditions and code requirements.

Is this your configuration?

Resolve the obvious fit questions before requesting the complete records.

Worth a closer look

  • Your project can use 208/230V three-phase service
  • A vertical packaged cabinet and airflow arrangement can be engineered into the site
  • R-410A equipment is acceptable in the project specification
  • You can buy unused surplus equipment without a represented warranty
  • You have an active project, resale channel or replacement requirement

! Probably not the right fit

  • Your site requires 460/480V equipment
  • You need a standard rooftop or broadly interchangeable commercial unit
  • A factory-backed warranty is mandatory
  • Your specification excludes R-410A equipment
  • You are researching generally without a quantity, destination or timeline

Before you inquire

Straight answers to the obvious questions.

The page avoids assumptions the current records cannot support.

How many units are actually available?

The supplied inventory identifies 51 units. Availability and the exact units included must be reconfirmed when a buyer presents a quantity and commercial proposal.

Can a buyer take fewer than 51?

Partial-lot interest is being collected. Submit the quantity you can use and an indicative target price. No minimum quantity or partial-lot price is represented on this page.

Are these 2023 units?

No such claim is made here. The photographed manufacturing and factory-test records reviewed to date show dates from May through October 2022.

Is a manufacturer warranty included?

No transferable manufacturer or dealer warranty is represented. Buyers should value and inspect the equipment on that basis unless written warranty confirmation is produced later.

What about shipping from Canada into the United States?

The units are located in Ontario and the photographed nameplates identify U.S. manufacture. Freight, brokerage, taxes and any duty treatment depend on the final destination, transaction structure and supporting customs documentation. Duty-free treatment is not promised by this page.

Can we inspect the units and review every serial number?

Inspection and the complete supporting record package can be requested for a qualified buyer, subject to the inventory holder's approval and scheduling.
