System architecture

Cabinet. Cable. Pad-mounted dispenser.

The cabinet supplies one or two dispensers. The liquid-cooled 350 A cable supports up to 500 A boost within the manufacturer configuration. Vehicle voltage and cabinet allocation determine real output.

Deployment fit — stated plainly

Useful hardware. Defined boundaries.

The strongest surplus offer is the one a technical buyer can qualify quickly. These constraints are part of the product story.

Condition and date

New, unused, factory-crated, manufactured March 2023. Inspected crate labels show a 1 March 2023 ship date. Stored indoors.

Protocol and connector

OCPP 1.6J. Single CCS1 connector. No NACS. Serial-level records govern the final offered configuration.

NEVI-funded sites

2026 NEVI-funded sites generally require OCPP 2.0.1, and most states now mandate NACS. Best fit: private fleet, depot, commercial and export deployments rather than federally funded projects.

Buy America

No blanket Buy America claim is made. Manufacturing origin and compliance are configuration- and unit-specific and must be verified per serial.

Engineering note

Delivered power at the vehicle equals dispenser rated current multiplied by vehicle DC voltage, then limited by cabinet allocation. A 200 A dispenser delivers roughly 80 kW to a 400 V vehicle and 160 kW to an 800 V vehicle. See each part-number page for its own rating.

System questions

What an EPC or fleet engineer needs to know.

What makes these systems complete?

Each system combines a Gen4 power cabinet with an HPCD1-350 series liquid-cooled pedestal dispenser. The dispenser mounts on a pad and does not require a third-party chassis.

How are the 50 systems composed?

Fifty pedestal dispensers are available, so 50 complete systems can be configured: 25 built on HPCT2-360-480-2 cabinets and 25 on HPCT2-180-480-2. Additional HPCT2-180-480-2 cabinets are available separately — the system count is limited by dispensers, not cabinets.

Can one cabinet feed two dispensers?

Yes. Both cabinet models can feed up to two compatible dispensers. A second dispenser changes total equipment price and power sharing.

How does two-vehicle power sharing work?

The 360 kW cabinet allocates in 90 kW increments and can share 180 kW per dispenser. For the 180 kW cabinet, an approximate equal share is 90 kW per dispenser; confirm allocation behaviour against serial-level configuration.

Are these systems NACS or NEVI ready?

No NACS is presented. OCPP is 1.6J. 2026 NEVI-funded sites generally require OCPP 2.0.1 and most states now mandate NACS, so private commercial and fleet deployments are the better fit.

Can the equipment be inspected?

Yes. Qualified buyer inspection is available by appointment, with available crate, model and serial records supplied through diligence.
